I finally finished the "Name the Boat" contest winner's journal. Bud Hill of Kings Ferry, Fl. won the contest and selected a journal as his prize. This is the first journal that I've used a double loop lacing around the edges; the lace was a natural leather so I antiqued it.

I recently completed this step stool for my granddaughter, Burgandy. The wood is made of poplar and stained to match her baby room furniture. I carved and stamped the leather insert and dyed it to blend with the stool.

Just in time for Christmas!

Handwoven and Leathered Creels

I took a class to learn how to weave the old fashioned creels. Here's a few that I completed. The leather is stamped and hand sewn onto the creel. These creels are really time consuming and are priced at $450.00 each.
